The following create statement is used to create database in Sql server (tsql)
on is used to create data file.
Name = logical name of data file
filename= full path of data file extension (.mdf )
size=10 mb initial size is 10mb
filegrowth=5mb . it means 5mb will be increase in filesize when file size reached to 10mb (means if more size is required)
MaxSize=UNLIMITED. maxsize is the maximum size of data file. in this case size is unlimited. you can specify max size in limit.
in sqlserver 2005 database can grow upto 16 tera byte.
